ITC To Probe Korea Trade Deal's Impact On Automakers

Law360, New York (January 28, 2011, 5:49 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Friday announced that it would conduct a review of how changes to a free trade agreement with South Korea will affect the domestic auto industry.

The commission said that the U.S. House of Representatives’ Ways and Means Committee had requested the review of recently negotiated changes to the U.S.-Korea Free Trade Agreement.
