Mass. Woman Gets 3 Years For Illegal Exports

Law360, New York (January 31, 2011, 8:14 PM EST) -- A federal judge has sentenced the manager of a Massachusetts electronics store company to three years in prison for her role in a decadelong conspiracy to export sensitive electronics used in U.S. military systems to China.

Judge Patti B. Saris handed down the sentence on Friday to Yufeng "Annie" Wei at a hearing in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts after a jury convicted her in May of illegally exporting U.S. Munitions List parts and other charges.
