VeriFone Investor Can See Info Despite Suit: Del. Court

Law360 (January 31, 2011, 4:13 PM EST) -- Delaware's top court has ruled that a shareholder can have access to VeriFone Holdings Inc.'s books and records even though he had already filed a derivative complaint against the company, reversing a lower court's interpretation of the state's record review rule.
