Henkels Wants Insurer To Cover Water Main Dispute

Law360, New York (January 31, 2011, 3:55 PM EST) -- Project management firm Henkels & McCoy Inc. has sued The Cincinnati Insurance Co. seeking coverage for claims that its subcontractor damaged an underground water main and sewer line during excavation work on a Massachusetts highway.

The plaintiff argues in a complaint filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts that Cincinnati is obligated to fully cover Henkels.
