Sun Microsystems To Refile Complaint In Hynix Suit

Law360, New York (April 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Shortly after a federal judge dismissed its first price-fixing complaint against Hynix Semiconductor Inc., Sun Microsystems Inc. confirmed on Monday that it would refile an amended complaint.

Sun and Unisys Corp. filed the first lawsuit in September in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, seeking to recover damages the two companies claimed they had incurred as a result of “longstanding collusion” by DRAM suppliers.
