Blender Maker Wins Another $13M In IP Damages

Law360, New York (February 1, 2011, 5:02 PM EST) -- A federal judge has ordered Vita-Mix Corp. to pay $13 million in enhanced damages and interest for infringing one of rival K-Tec Inc.’s blender designs, adding to the $11 million in damages already awarded by a jury in June.
