DOI Details Structure Of 3 MMS Successors

Law360, New York (February 2, 2011, 3:41 PM EST) -- A U.S. Department of the Interior official has provided new details about the ongoing division of the department’s scandal-ridden Minerals Management Service into three separate sections tasked with policy formulation, enforcement and revenue collection.
