Allstate Nears Asbestos Coverage Deal With Insurers

Law360, New York (February 2, 2011, 8:04 PM EST) -- The federal judge overseeing Allstate Insurance Co.'s suit seeking contribution from two fellow insurers for asbestos exposure claims coverage has temporarily nixed the parties' separate bids to toss the suit while they work toward a settlement.
