Wilson Sonsini Welcomes DOJ Antitrust Pro

Law360 (February 2, 2011, 3:25 PM EST) -- Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC continues to expand its antitrust group, landing a former U.S. Department of Justice criminal enforcement attorney who spearheaded the price-fixing investigation of the air transportation industry that led to record fines.

Mark Rosman, who served for seven years as the assistant chief of the national criminal enforcement section of the DOJ’s Antitrust Division, has joined the firm as a partner in its Washington, D.C., office.
