Allstate, West American Spar Over $7M Settlement

Law360, New York (February 7, 2011, 1:48 PM EST) -- Allstate Insurance Co. is seeking to force West American Insurance Co. to contribute to a $7.4 million settlement of a construction defect suit, while West American claims that an endorsement in its policy precludes coverage.
