Spain OKs Changes To Speed Gas Natural Divestments

Law360 (February 4, 2011, 6:51 PM EST) -- Spain's competition watchdog has agreed to let Gas Natural SDG SA change the assets it will divest to win approval of its €16.8 billion ($21 billion) acquisition of Union Fenosa, in order to speed up the sale process.
