Software Co. Lands TRO In Trade Secrets Suit

Law360, New York (February 4, 2011, 5:53 PM EST) -- A federal judge on Friday granted a Florida software company’s request for a temporary restraining order against a former sales representative who allegedly lifted customer lists and other proprietary information in violation of employment pacts before leaving for another employer.

Judge Joan Lenard of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida on Friday issued the TRO without notice on behalf of Ultimate Software Group Inc., directing former USG sales rep Bryan Camp to return the confidential information.
