Conrail Not Shielded From Asbestos Claim: DC Circ.

Law360, New York (February 4, 2011, 6:41 PM EST) -- The D.C. Circuit ruled Friday that Consolidated Rail Corp. may be liable for a former railroad employee's exposure to asbestos, upholding a lower court's finding that the 1973 law that created Conrail does not protect it from the claim.
