Capital Blu Execs Looted $17M Commodity Pool: Jury

Law360, New York (February 7, 2011, 2:38 PM EST) -- A federal jury has found that the heads of Capital Blu Management LLC plundered a $17 million commodity pool they operated.

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission secured a sweeping fraud verdict Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, with the jury finding that Damien Bromfield and Donovan Davis Jr. looted a commodity pool they ran and lied to investors.
