High Court Will Likely Let Health Care War Play Out

Law360, New York (February 4, 2011, 7:18 PM EST) -- Pressure on the U.S. Supreme Court to fast-track an appeal of the new federal health care law may continue to mount from lawmakers, but don't expect the court to cave, attorneys say.

Without the risk of irreparable harm to Americans, the justices are unlikely to upset civil appellate procedure, according to attorneys who spoke with Law360 on Friday.
