US Faces Suit Over $124M Flood Control Project

Law360, New York (February 7, 2011, 7:01 PM EST) -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and its chief of engineers has been hit with a suit seeking to halt a $124 million flood control project currently under way at the Rio de la Plata, Puerto Rico's longest river.
