Ameren Looks To Revive $31M Suit V. Excess Insurer

Law360, New York (February 8, 2011, 4:25 PM EST) -- An Ameren Corp. unit wants the Eighth Circuit to revive a $31 million coverage suit brought against its excess insurer over settlements arising from litigation over the failure of a reservoir wall at a Missouri hydroelectric power plant.
