Interstate Can't Get Quick Win In Priest Abuse Suit

Inc. has failed to win summary judgment in a lawsuit against the Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix seeking to free the insurer from contributing to settlements with former parishioners who claimed priests sexually abused them.
