EPA Unveils Renewable Fuel Standards

Law360, New York (April 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Tuesday launched new standards to boost the use of alternative fuels and modernize emissions standards for cars and trucks, one week after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the agency wrongly inferred that it did not have the power to regulate carbon dioxide emissions.
