Salmonella Victims Seek Criminal Case For PCA Exec

Law360, New York (February 9, 2011, 8:27 PM EST) -- Family members of those who allegedly became ill or died after eating salmonella-tainted Peanut Corp. of America products plan to call on the federal government to bring criminal charges against the former head of the bankrupt company.

Family members of six alleged victims are set to speak at a press conference at the American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., on Feb. 11, to urge the U.S. Department of Justice to take criminal action against former PCA CEO Stewart Parnell.
