Danisco Can't Shake Enzyme Patent Suit

Law360, New York (February 10, 2011, 3:29 PM EST) -- Danish biotechnology company Danisco AS has failed to escape rival Novozymes AS' suit alleging infringement of a patent covering a variant of the enzyme alpha amylase, which is used in making fuel ethanol.
