Ex-Haskell Slaughter Atty Launches Sex Bias Suit

Law360, New York (February 10, 2011, 3:18 PM EST) -- A former Haskell Slaughter Young & Rediker LLC associate has alleged the Birmingham, Ala.-based firm condoned gender discrimination that led to her being denied partnership and unlawfully terminated her after she complained about the conduct.
