NC Dental Board Fails To Take Bite Out Of FTC Case

Law360, New York (February 11, 2011, 6:05 PM EST) -- A federal judge has refused to bar the Federal Trade Commission from moving forward with its administrative case accusing North Carolina's dental board of inhibiting competition by allowing only dentists to offer teeth-whitening services in the state.
