Judge Allows Some Activities After TRO In Bayer Suit

Law360, New York (February 14, 2011, 2:45 PM EST) -- A federal judge has clarified an order barring Bayer CropScience LP from producing methyl isocyanate at a West Virginia plant, allowing it to complete certain activities at the facility that don't directly involve making the deadly chemical.
