8th Circ. Won’t Rehear $4M Silo Damage Dispute

Law360, New York (February 14, 2011, 3:32 PM EST) -- The Eight Circuit on Monday declined to reconsider its ruling that two insurance companies must indemnify Arkansas installation company Lexicon Inc. for about half of $4 million in damage caused by a silo collapse at a Trinidad iron plant.
