FERC Orders Look Into Enron Attorneys’ Conduct

Law360, New York (April 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After much urging, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has ordered hearings to determine whether Enron Corp. attorneys and consultants should be suspended from practicing before the commission amid allegations that they willfully gave misleading evidence at a 2001 hearing.

On Wednesday, FERC called for the hearings, a month after FERC Administrative Law Judge Carmen A.
