Kabam Snags Ex-O'Melveny Atty As General Counsel

Law360, New York (February 16, 2011, 2:33 PM EST) -- Social game developer Kabam Inc. has tapped a veteran digital media executive and former O’Melveny & Myers LLP attorney to serve as the company’s general counsel and executive vice president of corporate development.

Kabam on Tuesday said it had hired Kent Wakeford, co-founder and former president of brand protection powerhouse AdSafe Media Inc., to the new post, in the latest move in the gaming company’s expansion.
