Hedge Fund Fraudster Seeks Review Of $3.8M Penalty

Law360, New York (February 15, 2011, 6:52 PM EST) -- Money manager John W. Lawton has asked a federal judge to reconsider a $3.8 million disgorgement order in a civil suit that claims he overstated his hedge fund's assets, charges to which he pled guilty in a related criminal case.
