US Gets Partial Win In Ohio Superfund Suit

Law360, New York (February 16, 2011, 1:47 PM EST) -- A federal judge has issued a mixed ruling on the U.S. government's summary judgment bid against a businessman's estate over pollution at an Ohio Superfund site, finding that he can be held liable under one standard and leaving other issues open.
