Sharp Accuses Sales Rep Of Trade Secrets Theft

Law360, New York (February 17, 2011, 9:27 PM EST) -- Sharp Electronics Corp. on Thursday accused a former saleswoman of misappropriating trade secrets and stealing customers in violation of an employment pact when she took a job with a rival company.

The U.S. subsidiary of the Japanese technology giant filed a complaint against Brenda Luettenegger in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, claiming she breached a contract by continuing to do business with Sharp clients after she went to work at co-defendant All Copy Products Inc.
