Law360, New York (February 17, 2011, 7:46 PM EST) -- A federal judge has thrown out a $6.5 million jury verdict holding current and former Pennsylvania environmental regulators personally liable to Mineral Fiber Services Inc. for allegedly harassing the mineral wool manufacturer over its emissions and forcing it to shut down.
