NY Chief Judge Sees Tough Budget Choices Ahead

Law360 (April 4, 2011, 1:43 PM EDT) -- Chief Judge Jonathan Lippman hopes that a budget deal struck by Albany lawmakers will keep the lights on in New York's state courthouses, but he admitted to Law360 that the $170 million in cuts would be painful for court personnel and practitioners alike.
