Spain Gets Temporary OK For Coal Aid Plan

Law360, New York (February 18, 2011, 6:23 PM EST) -- A European Union court has sided with Spain in its appeal of an injunction barring the country from helping its coal industry by forcing some utilities to buy more expensive domestic coal instead of cheaper imports.
