Insurers Sue Inspection Co. Over IMTT Blast Coverage

Law360, New York (February 23, 2011, 9:01 PM EST) -- Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. and Ace American Insurance Co. filed a lawsuit Monday claiming petrochemical inspection company Owensby & Kritikos Inc. should compensate the insurers for covering damages related to an explosion at an International-Matex Tank Terminals' facility in Louisiana.
