UK Court Rejects BGC Appeal Over Employee Raid

Law360 (February 23, 2011, 7:34 PM EST) -- A U.K. appeals court on Tuesday denied electronic brokerage BGC Partners Inc.'s appeal of a lower court ruling that it engaged in a scheme to poach brokers from rival Tullett Prebon PLC.
