Warner Chilcott Settles Second Ovcon Case

Law360 (April 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Warner Chilcott Ltd. has tentatively agreed to pay $7.5 million to settle antitrust lawsuits brought against it by 34 states and numerous personal use consumers over a so-called authorized generics agreement, the drug company said Monday.

Under the settlement, which is still subject to negotiation and court approval, the states and indirect purchasers agreed to drop all claims against Warner Chilcott.
