Libya Unrest Spurs New Look At US Drilling

Law360 (February 24, 2011, 12:36 PM EST) -- With energy prices skyrocketing in response to the turmoil in oil-rich Libya, U.S. House of Representatives leaders said Wednesday they will take a fresh look at the White House's “de facto moratorium” on U.S. drilling in deep offshore waters.
