Health Care Co. Blasts Rival For Talent, Client Theft

Law360, New York (February 25, 2011, 1:32 PM EST) -- Maxim Healthcare Services Inc. sued three former employees Thursday in North Carolina, accusing them of making off with trade secrets and poaching clients in violation of employment agreements when they defected to a rival health care services provider.

The complaint, lodged in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, claims that Pediatric Services of America Inc. lured away three Maxim employees and has capitalized on their first-hand knowledge of Maxim’s clients and business contacts.
