Plaintiffs To Appeal Sack Of PPACA Religious Protest

Law360, New York (February 25, 2011, 11:04 PM EST) -- Plaintiffs claiming the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act's individual insurance mandate violates their religious freedom announced on Friday that they would appeal a federal judge's dismissal of their suit, one of several challenging the health care law's constitutionality.

Attorneys from The American Center for Law and Justice filed a notice of appeal in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia just three days after Judge Gladys Kessler granted the federal government's bid to dismiss the suit.
