Icon Sued Over Gaming Fitness Equipment Patent

Law360, New York (March 1, 2011, 2:03 PM EST) -- Icon Health & Fitness Inc. is facing a lawsuit from a rival fitness equipment maker claiming it copied the patented concept for exercise equipment combined with gaming entertainment.

Fitness Gaming Corp. accused Icon of patent infringement in a complaint filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia by James C. Otteson, Theresa E. Norton and Xiang Long of Agility IP Law and Eugene Rzucidlo of Hershkovitz & Associates LLC
