Fried Frank Partner Heads Back To DOJ

Law360 (April 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A prominent antitrust litigator is leaving Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson for the U.S. Department of Justice, where she will become deputy assistant attorney general for regulatory matters in the Antitrust Division.

This will be Deborah Garza’s second stint at the DOJ’s Antitrust Division, where she served as special assistant, counselor and chief of staff from 1983 to 1989. In her new position, Garza will oversee transportation, energy, agriculture, telecommunications and other regulatory matters.
