Steptoe Nabs EU Antitrust Expert From Howrey

Law360, New York (March 3, 2011, 7:44 PM EST) -- Steptoe & Johnson LLP has snagged veteran European Union cartel lawyer Julian Joshua from Howrey LLP for its Brussels office, the firm said Wednesday.

Before moving to private practice in 2002, Joshua, who joined Steptoe as a partner, worked at the European Commission's competition directorate for more than 20 years and eventually became the deputy chief of the antitrust watchdog's cartel unit.
