Exxon Fights $92M Alaska Oil Spill Claim

Law360, New York (March 3, 2011, 3:45 PM EST) -- Exxon Mobil Corp. on Friday will try to fend off an activist's demand that it pay an additional $92.2 million for alleged natural resources damage caused by the 1989 Exxon Valdez oil spill.
