Reflecting On NLRB’s Notice Requirement

Law360, New York (March 9, 2011, 1:35 PM EST) -- Less than 12 percent of U.S. workers belonged to a union in 2010, continuing a downward trend from a historic high of 35 percent in the 1950s, recent statistics indicate. However, a new rule proposed by the National Labor Relations Board appears poised to help boost employee interest in unionization.
