INA Can't Dodge Newmont CERCLA Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (March 4, 2011, 3:59 PM EST) -- A federal judge in Washington state on Thursday rejected Insurance Co. of North America's bid for a judgment that its personal injury coverage for Newmont USA Ltd. does not apply to a lawsuit over cleanup costs at a former uranium mine.
