FERC Takes No Action Against EnerNOC In PJM Dispute

Law360, New York (March 4, 2011, 5:05 PM EST) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission said Thursday it does not intend to hit EnerNOC Inc. with an enforcement action in a dispute with PJM Interconnection LLC over curtailment services in the electricity market.

EnerNOC on Feb. 22 asked FERC for a declaratory order relating to the measurement of load reduction activities during a system emergency, arguing that a Feb. 4 statement issued by PJM and its independent market monitor had created uncertainty over certain practices.
