Spain Hits Hair Care Cos. With $71M Cartel Fine

Law360, New York (March 4, 2011, 2:02 PM EST) -- Spain's competition watchdog said Thursday that it slapped seven hair care products companies and a perfume and cosmetic trade association with more than €51 million ($71 million) in fines for allegedly running a price-fixing cartel that spanned nearly two decades.
