Drug Supply Co. Fraud Suit Referred To Mediation

Law360, New York (March 4, 2011, 8:12 PM EST) -- A Florida federal judge on Thursday referred to mediation a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s case alleging Pharma Holdings Inc. and two executives raised about $5 million through fraudulent stock sales in the pharmaceutical supply company's purported offerings.

Judge Kenneth Marra of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida issued a scheduling order in the case, which included instructions for the parties to participate in a mediation conference before trial, which is set for May 14, 2012.
