CSK Fails To Stay SEC's Case Against Ex-CEO

Law360, New York (March 7, 2011, 2:25 PM EST) -- An Arizona federal judge Friday denied CSK Auto Corp.'s motion to intervene in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's suit alleging its former chief executive officer filed fraudulent financial statements, and also refused its bid to stay the case.
