Caremark Can't Ditch Contract Claims In Coventry Suit

Law360 (March 7, 2011, 7:37 PM EST) -- Caremark Inc. lost its bid for summary judgment Monday on breach of contract claims brought in Tennessee by private insurer Coventry Healthcare Inc. alleging the pharmacy benefit management company improperly paid claims from U.S. Department of Defense pharmacies.

Judge Thomas A.
